    Summary

"This is Guiding Light, with your host, Ben Kenobi, and you're listening to K-JEDI."

Anakin starts listening to the radio on nights he can't sleep. Ben Kenobi's show is random, eclectic, meandering, and sometimes confusing, but it's good, too, and Anakin is grateful for the company in the middle of the night.

And then one night, everything changed. "I feel like chatting. Here's the number to the station. Anyone want to talk?"

Anakin woke up his phone, jabbed his finger at the numbers, and hit Send before he could talk himself out of it.

Thomas Fenwick did not ask much of the world; a roof over his head, food in his stomach. He was a simple creature. He trusted the conventional and enjoyed the familiar.

Albert Peyton, of course, was neither conventional nor familiar.

Steve buys a run-down house on a whim; it needs work. Bucky shows up.

Contains: probably inaccurate home remodeling things, lots of painting the walls, Bucky figuring out how to be mostly himself again, Steve deciding to paint a mural on one of the walls (but it's really a metaphor), Steve and Nat crashing some formerly-HYDRA bases and getting into a few scrapes, eventual Steve and Bucky hooking up.
