“I do know you.” Supergirl’s voice is soft and tender, a contrast to the wildfire that blazed in her blue eyes. “And you know me. Look at me, Lena.” Lena complies, locking gazes with Supergirl. “Really look at me.”
Lena notes the pleading tone in the hero’s voice and takes a moment to look deeply into those bold, azure eyes. Even though they’re intense, even though they’re filled with an anger Lena has never seen before, they’re also familiar. Why is that? This kind of familiarity comes with knowing someone intimately. She doesn’t have that kind of relationship with Supergirl, it’s strictly business.
No, there is only one pair of blue eyes Lena has spent what feels like a lifetime staring into. And with a breathless gasp she realizes, she’s staring into them now as well. They’re darker than normal with a hint of mischief, anger and wickedness but they’re still her eyes.

“This is fine,” Vi said, blowing some hair out of her face and giving Sarah a suave grin. “I can handle it. I’m an action star.”“You’re a theatre geek with gymnastics training and, right now, a huge target on her back,” Sarah said, pulling a handgun out of her clutch and slapping the safety off. She tossed the clutch to a stunned Vi. “So the only thing you’re doing is holding my purse and booking it out of here when I say go.”
Vi’s a rising action star with two blockbusters and a devoted fan base, her wife Caitlyn’s directing her first film and roped Vi in for the leading role, and Sarah’s just trying to do her job without these Tinsel Town types fucking it up. When some ill-timed paparazzi photos land Vi in hot water, she and Caitlyn have to put their professional and personal lives to the test to get her out, beat the bad guys and keep it cool on set. Time for the best performances of their careers.
