Summary
Something was moving closer now. Not one of the heroes, it was too small. White bob-length hair, piercing red eyes, something thin and dark in color, retreating back into a folded elbow. Small bits of debris began to float up as the figure calmly approached, even as the heroes and the crowd beyond called out to the approaching person.
“For shame, heroes. Can’t even save one child. There are so many ways to use those quirks of yours, you know,” the figure gently berated. The voice was distinctly familiar, and it shot through Katsuki’s body. He didn’t remember where he remembered it from, but he knew this person. “I was just passing by, but alas, I can handle it.”

All of that was planned out and scheduled to be constructed soon, but the main issue was that of security. What was the point of having a superhero headquarters if anyone could just waltz right in at any point? The team began to throw out different suggestions and ideas.
With each passing moment and each and every idea that was brought up being refused in some fashion, Yelena remained silent, her reluctance growing. However, she soon realized that there was not going to be any better option.

However, it was safe to say that any anger with her brother was only temporarily forgotten in the midst of her confusion, flipping the photo over and narrowing her eyes at Alexis’s handwriting on the back.

“Jadelyn?” Fallon muttered, flipping the picture over again to eye the mysterious teenager. “Who…? This was taken just this year…” There was a very heavy implication at the sight alone, enough for Fallon's expression to sour at the revelation that was quickly forming.

The powers of the kami, spirits, and the gods, in the palm of human hands. Some of these are simple, others defy all known laws of physics; that's what the Pantheon is there for. To learn, study, and improve its members, all in the name of societal improvement. With some death-defying interventions every now and again to keep a certain centuries-old villain from taking over the world.
Midoriya Izuku may have a Permanent Copy quirk, but he's got a long way to go before the Pantheon he creates is fully functional, let alone ready to tussle with his father.
