„Just tell him how you feel.“, Hunk says. „Feel? What feelings? I don‘t have feelings, I‘m not a loser like you.“ Lance runs the last meters to Shiro‘s door and Hunk just shakes his head. Tell him how he feels, as if. Telling him would be like asking him to stay and Lance is not ready to be rejected.
Keith opens the door, apron on, hair tied up, smiling the moment he sees Lance. „Come in.“, he says. Lance can‘t ask that of him, not when he looks so good staying.Or: After the war, Lance is running a cafe, but his real job is pining, longing and being bad at communication.

Adam is hurting, has been hurting, has been waiting.
“No you don't.” Adam had said “You're just a fucking coward with a hero complex afraid no one will truly love you.” It had hurt. It had been intended to hurt. When you know a person inside and out, the smell of their skin and the rhythm of their breath, when you know someone completely, intimately, you know where it hurts. Adam had known and he had used it. Because Shiro must've also known that there wasn't anything in the world that could have hurt him more, so he had given it back. And shiro had shrunk into himself and Adam was too hurt to back down and then he left. Left earth, left Adam, left him angry, left him hurting, left him nothing but endless pain of losing. And then he was declared dead and Adam only knew that he was breathing because his chest was still moving

Summary
Time has become irrelevant. Keith trains, he sits in meetings, he eats, sometimes he sleeps, sometimes he just roams the castle, checks the maps again. He is so very tired. But when he is laying in bed his head is running marathons.
And then there are times, when he tries to sleep, and all he can think about are blue eyes and pink lips and brown skin and he gets so aroused he wants to punch something. Preferably Lance. But he can’t and so he just has an angry wank and a cold shower.Or: Keith is tired and has intense feelings and maybe they will figure it out together.

Keith is intriguing. At least Lance thinks so. So he decides they should be boyfriends, and slowly but surely he enters himself into Keith's life.
“Everyone says you are an asshole. I am kinda trying to prove the opposite. So you are my boyfriend now.” Keith looked up from his lunch and looked at him. He was lanky, face a bit chubby, still young, innocent, twitchy. He was nervous.

Keith didn't know what to expect from college. But it was certanily not to fall for a guy with fiddling hands and blue eyes, who calls him an asshole on their second meeting. But he does and he falls hard.
“Keith?” Lance turned around slowly, his voice slurred by the alcohol. “Have you ever been in a relationship?”
They were sitting in a dimly lit living room in a house Keith didn’t remember the owner of, both a bit drunk. Lance a bit more so. It was late. It was early. Most people had left by now. They hadn’t. Lance to high on finally getting Keith to go to a party with him, Keith to intoxicated by Lance’s smile.
“You mean in a romantic one?”
“Yes.”
“No.” Keith said.
“How?” Lance rolled even closer, robbed over the living room floor. Keith giggled and Lance smiled and the music went on.
“I guess no one asked me.”, Keith said.

“H-Hey!” Lance hoists up his rifle. “Look, I know you guys are all about mystery, but if you’re going to drag me around I need a name. Coran makes us write these reports, and—anyway, what do I call you?”
The fighter doesn’t break his sprint.
Lance pops an approaching climber off the side of the building with a blast to the stomach. He doesn’t watch them go careening down. “You’re kind of small for a Blade, so maybe Tiny? Shortstack? Shrimpman? Do you guys have, like, school ID numbers?”
No response except the squelch of a sword sinking into flesh and being pulled back out. They’re almost at the top of the stairs. “You’re also real quiet. Maybe…Mr. Sneaky? Ninja? Samura— ah, um. Rogue?”
The Blade stutters to a stop, masked eyes flashing over Lance for only a second. It could have been anything, but so far he’s had nothing, so Lance grasps it with both hands. “Rogue! Awesome. So, I’ll ask again, where in Altea’s name are we going?”
