The Doctor thinks it’s all a dream, Skadi knows it's all a dream, but they nevertheless talked as if it were all real. A pitiful farce that stretches to the ends of the universe, she cries knowing the pathetic truth of everything, he laughs knowing the cruelty of lies. The charade ends, and all was silent.
