Summary
What do you do when you keep running into the same little boy everywhere you go? What if he's always alone and looks like a single breeze could shatter him?
And, more importantly…
What do you do when every time you see him smile, your heart screams at you to pick him up and never let go?
Hizashi Yamada's life was just about perfect for someone as restless as he was. A husband, two cats, wonderful friends, and three jobs that filled every day with music in every rhythm imaginable.
But after one chance encounter with a small green-haired boy, that carefully balanced life is turned completely upside down.
Or: Present Mic keeps accidentally running into six-year-old Izuku Midoriya far too many times and eventually he absolutely needs to adopt him.

Summary
"We're really sorry," his father says, in a teary-eyed, wobbly way. "But your friend, Izuku, he's... He's gone, son."
Katsuki can do nothing but blink up at them for moments that feel like an eternity, eyes darting between both his parents in obvious confusion, disbelief, and, more than anything, indignation.
"What the fuck are you two talking about? The damn nerd is standing right beside you!"During a battle, Midoriya gets hit by a villain whose quirk detaches his soul from his body. Stuck in a ghost-like state, the boy enters a race against time in order to save himself from permanently dying. Much to his luck - or lack of it -, the only person who can see and talk to him in this state is no one other than Kacchan.
Alternatively: Deku and Kacchan are soulbound.

Summary
“Here’s your deal, demon.” Dipper stands up straight so the dim candlelight can gleam off his armor. “Release the woman, and I’ll let you keep your head.”
“Hmmmm.” One eyebrow goes up, and lingers there. After a moment, Bill casually starts examining his nails. “Nope! Can’t oblige you there.”
“Wh- Yes you can!” Dipper glares, throwing his arm out to the side for emphasis. “Just- go up to wherever you stashed the prisoner and let her out. Then I can take her back to-”
“Nah! See, there comes a time in every Dark Lord’s reign when he starts thinking about capturing a royal bride. And stealing one and running off with ‘em is the go-to move!” Bill smiles, looking up and off into the distance. He drums his fingers on the armrest. “But since you’re here- hm. Kinda changes things up.”

Summary
Dipper Pines has been after this criminal for six months now, and he still hasn't seen him. Not even once.
After the latest arson, he finds a strange artifact with a charming, annoying demon on the other end. Bill's an interesting guy, if a totally immoral one, and happy to talk with a mortal who's not that annoying little jerk who keeps getting in his way.
Surely this will be a perfectly normal relationship with no startling coincidences.
