Rody doesn’t seem to have expected such blatant honesty, but he smiles nonetheless, eyes crinkling into small crescent moons. “I’m happy, too.” Izuku startles back a little when Pino flies up to him, nuzzling into his cheek. Rody’s eyes widen in horror, before quickly averting them to look at the ceiling. “Yeah, um, Pino missed you.”
A viridian eyebrow quirks up. “Pino, huh?”
“Yup,” Rody confirms, popping the ‘p’.
“Well, I missed Pino, too.”
