I made this bloodymary joke on tumblr way back in like May:
Rocky: “...There another human on ship!”
Grace: “...That’s a weird and frankly not very funny joke, Rock.”
Rocky, frantic: “Another human! Another human! Another human!”
Grace, opening the supply closet: “There’s not--” *screams for five minutes straight*Time to bring it to fruition.

Summary
He has to be dead, right? Or dreaming, there's no way—
A voice throbs through him, felt in his chest more than his mind, a desperate plea and the most unlikely reply:
I just want to live-
you will.
-why doesn't anyone else want that?
I do.There's a heartbeat out there in space.
A rescue mission ensues.
And Simon? Well, he might just get to live.

Summary
A young Simon discovers a book different from the others inside the Eden station. He starts reading it and he remembers the book for the rest of his life for its message of hope... Years later, when he decides to go on an expedition mission and almost dies he wakes up inside of the book? And why is the protagonist ten times hotter than he had imagined? (side note: he has had a crush on the protagonist for many years, WHY IS THE PROTAGONIST HOTTER THAN HE HAD IMAGINED HIM AS?!)
OR
Simon reads PHM as a teen and then gets isekai-ed into it when he almost dies (read: I threw him in there aggressively and closed the door shut or even welded)

Summary
Based on the writings of Andy Weir, Ryan Gosling's Amazon adaptation of Project Hail Mary, Markiplier's 2026 Iron Lung, and the video game "Iron Lung."
~~~
Already headed toward oblivion, Dr. Ryland Grace is still trying to figure out a solution to the Astrophage problem alongside his new Eridian pal, Rocky, when visions of carnage and pain haunt his already delirious state. He has no time to figure out the cause of this imagery or why it made him violently ill, as something has just alerted the Hail Mary of its presence.
What is it?
Oh, just a moon that appeared out of nowhere, orbiting nothing, origins unknown, and happens to be absolutely filthy with an ocean of blood and a dead man.
