Keefe was in love with Kelvin. Like in every possible aspect of the word, every single iteration. He loved him. Which was somehow both incredibly terrifying and as natural as breathing. It was something he’d realized early on and accepted almost as fast. It’s not like he really had a choice, his feelings ran deep and were extremely hard to ignore. He couldn’t ignore them, didn't want to anyway. His love for Kelvin had grown alongside his love for God, and the two had become a tangled up mess inside him, which only grew bigger and stronger every day. And that was okay, because God loved him back, and so did Kelvin.
Well sort of. It was confusing, like a lot of things in Keefe’s life had been.
