Summary
“I’ll remind you, Seargent, that I earned my pauldron and paint just like everyone else. I’m not some shiny who’s never seen a battle or gone on a tough assignment.”
Rex's irritation faded quickly, however, as he saw something akin to pity in the other man’s face as he replied.
“I don’t doubt that. But listen to me when I tell you, what you’re about to see? You’ve never run into something like this and none of your training or experience is going to help you down there. There’s a reason they send us and not a regular unit. I’m not trying to insult you, Captain, I’m just stating a fact. Keep sharp, follow our lead, we know what we’re doing.”

Summary
My attempt at completing the whumptober challange for this year. Trying to keep each story around 1k words to keep motivation! Using the official prompt list. Each story will have prompt and characters in the chap title so you can find ones you like.
1. Unconventional Restraints: Tech - "I have to do this. I can't trust you, Tech! You shot her!"
2. Confrontation: Wrecker - "Wouldn't it be ironic? A weapon that cost millions of credits to manufacture left to rot in some unnamed corner of the very place it was made to protect."
3. Gun to Temple: Hunter - "...Surrender yourselves, your weapons, and the item you stole. You are out of options.”
4. Can't Pass Out: Echo - "Paired with his ARC training, he may have allowed himself to become overconfident." -

Summary
“It’s got such a presence to it, even from a distance,” Bilbo says softly, and there’s a general murmur of awed agreement from the others. “Why, in all my fifty years, I never thought I’d see such a thing, and we haven’t even arrived yet!”
Thorin’s sword hits the ground with a clatter, and Balin chokes on his pipe.
The hobbit doesn’t look at Thorin, too busy thumping Balin on the back. Once the dwarf seems able to breathe again, he looks up, to find thirteen wide pairs of eyes fixed on him.
“What?” he says defensively, though he’s not sure what he’s defending.
“You’re how old?” Kíli squeaks.
Bilbo frowns at the young dwarf. “I’m fifty years old. Well, fifty-one, come springtime. Though it is not very polite to ask someone their age so bluntly,” he tells him primly.
Fíli makes a choked sound, and Nori lets out a vicious string of swears in Khuzdul.

However, there are those who have been waiting for an opportunity such as this. With the Death Star destroyed, the Lady is the most powerful weapon in the galaxy, and she is vulnerable....
Leia and Anakin must work together, more closely than they ever have. Piett, Veers, Han and Luke must find a way to defend the ship, and a small blue droid trundles his way through this adventure with all the sass and heroism we expect from him.

Summary
Chief Arnook never assigns Sokka to protect Princess Yue, so he goes to fight the Fire Nation with the other men. When the moon dies and the ocean spirit takes its revenge, Sokka is caught standing on the deck of a Fire Nation ship. Sokka should have drowned… and he would have drowned, if not for a certain Fire Nation raft fleeing the North Pole.
[An enemies-to-lovers season 2 rewrite, where Sokka is separated from the gaang during the Siege of the North, and travels the Earth Kingdom with Zuko instead].
