Summary

The only problem with having such a hottie for a best friend was that Atsumu was a total gym rat who worked insanely hard to maintain his impressive form, and he had somehow convinced Oikawa (he was still thinking about changing his mind) to go to the gym with him today. Well, when Oikawa’d agreed, he hadn’t thought it would be at - fuck! - 5:45 in the morning. Oikawa harshly pointed out to his best friend that even the sun hadn’t woken up yet.
Atsumu just smiled, his thick accent coming through when he spoke since they were alone. “Com’on, Tooru, get dressed. I promise if ya want ta catch any of the hotties, ya have ta go when the gym is nearly empty.”

Summary
If Tsukishima had to pick one thing he hated the most, more than anything in the world, it was presenting as an omega. Not that there was anything wrong with being an omega, but for Tsukishima, it was the worst. His parents were both betas, and even though his older brother had presented as an omega, and siblings tended to share class traits, everyone thought the younger brother would present as an alpha, or at the very least a beta like his parents.
He had most of the traits that had been stereotyped as alpha, and none of the traits of an omega. When he hadn’t had a heat by the time he was fourteen, he figured he was an alpha. When he hadn’t had a rut by the time he was fifteen, he assumed he was beta. He was completely fine with that. He wouldn’t be bothered by heats like his older brother Akiteru and he wouldn’t lose his mind around omegas like the alphas he knew.
Yes, being a beta was just fine.

Miya Atsumu hated his job. Ever since a major injury benched him from ever playing volleyball again, he had to find a job with zero qualifications. This ended up being an assistant to a multimillionaire CEO, Sakusa Kiyoomi. After he was hired on the spot, he should have realized all of the red flags that surrounded the position.
