Summary
After the war, everyone does their best to return to normal. However much they try, though, there's always that air of difference, now that they've seen the darkest parts of being a hero. They're recovering, and now in their third year, they have something to look forward to: Graduation.
Katsuki has big plans in place, already researching and preparing starting his own agency as soon as possible, though he too is still suffering from the affects of the war. It doesn't help when a quirk accident throws a wrench into his plans, straining his mental health and his relationships.

Summary
Katsuki's alpha is weak, requiring hormone supplements for him to even function properly. Though even with the pills Mitsuki has him take, he still has a slew of side-effects and symptoms, all of which get more frustrating the longer he has to deal with them. It doesn't help when the alpha he meets at UA, Kirishima, makes him question the validity of things he'd thought were fact.
Does he really need the hormone enhancers?

Phantom screamed.
Even with the muzzle on, it was enough to make everyone pause, including Operative C, because it wasn't a vengeful cry from a ghost or a poor mimicry of human emotion; it was the sound of a child in excruciating pain.
It was enough to flip the switch in Maddie between her head and her heart.
Maddie and Jack are over the moon when the GIW invite them to witness the vivisection of the one and only Danny Phantom, but once it's actually happening, they are hit with the realization that there may be a lot more to ghosts than they always believed there to be. Parental instincts taking over, they decide to do the only thing that feels right: rescue the ghost boy, take him home and nurture him back to health. Needless to say, it results in a few more surprises.
