Now, Barry’s a rambler. It came with being a speedster, with a mind that ran and ran and never stopped. There’s countless ways he could answer this and countless amounts of reasons why that particular answer would work – would be the right one but out of all those, Barry's mouth moved, his heart having already chosen one from the start.
“As a thank you”.
Or the Flash found out Batman liked cookies and just rolled with it.

Sumi had thought her explanation rather profound, at 12 years old, but her mother had still grounded her for getting soot all over her brand new clothes. It had been four years, but she doubt much had changed in her mother's attitude. What was she going to say when she came back home covered in cuts and bruises, caked in jungle mud?

The world of Monster Hunter is utterly in-your-face action, with little explanation needed or provided to understand one thing: Hunt Monsters. But that simple aesthetic was one I always found so fascinating that I couldn't help but wonder at what it implied.
