Summary
Solid Snake and the members of Philanthropy deal with a new threat: a private military led by an unknown figure with a mysterious interest in Snake. The legendary hero must use both his combat prowess and intelligence in equal measure to deal with the conniving nature of this unseen foe.
This story is intended to have a similar tone to the games, i.e. a serious (often convoluted) plot with interesting characters, stealth/action sequences, humorous dialogue, and Otacon and Solid Snake’s beautiful and ambiguous (but very intimate) relationship. This is my first time writing fanfiction! I hope you enjoy it!

It is the year 20xx and a new form of technology has begun its production. The robot masters, advanced machines with the ability to have human emotions and complex thoughts, are made to assist humans in fields of work deemed too dangerous. Among this developing technology is Rock, a robot child built to help his creator Dr. Thomas Light around his home Light Labs. Along with his sister Roll, it was a simple life of cleaning and walking around the city of Monsteropolis.
When Dr. Light's old friend turned rival, Dr. Albert Wily, starts building his own robot masters to conquer the world for recognition, Rock steps up to protect the ones he loves as Megaman, a powerful fighting robot with the ability to copy any robot's weaponry. But over time, the wars between him and Wily start to affect their lives. Humans are starting to fear a possible revolution of robots, robot masters are evolving at a bizarre rate, and the existence of a possible alien civilization guarantee change. As Rock battles the dark forces outside and inside his home, he will learn who to trust, who to watch, who to protect, who to cherish, and how far a hero will go to achieve peace.

In this fanmake of the beloved masterpiece from Disney, a beautiful but outcasted girl named Aurora must agree to take her family’s place in the castle of a mysterious creature knows as the Grinch, to save them. Little does she know, that the Grinch is actually a cursed prince who was transformed by an evil fairy as punishment for his horrid actions. What’s more is that when the prince stays a Grinch longer, the more he thinks he was born as one! If he doesn’t learn to love someone and earn their love in return before his twenty first year, the spell will never be broken…. But there IS hope. The prince’s curse was expanded to affect anyone who stays at the castle as well, turning them into the animals they represent. Only, Aurora doesn’t turn into an animal once she promises to stay, but rather something more… evil…

He was nothing but a phantom of his former self trapped in a hell he could not escape from. Left to reflect all that happened over his short but painful life. He thought he’d never see the light of day ever again. He thought this was where his story was supposed to end.
But phantoms never fade; they never truly do. And this phantom’s story was just about to continue into something he never saw coming.
Dropped into a world full of conflict and instability, how would the former self-proclaimed ultimate mercenary fare in it? Especially when the new world he found himself in, he’s accompanied by a former foe.
