Summary
"Nothing is running. It is a fucking blizzard," Ilya tried to sound calm, but he was still kind of freaking out.
"What time is your flight back?" Hollander asked, still facing the window. It was hard to read his tone without seeing his face, although far be it for Ilya to complain about the view.
"Probably not until afternoon, if planes take off at all tomorrow," Ilya admitted.
"What hotel are you staying at?"
"The Hyatt over by the rink,"
"Yeah, you'll never make it back there tonight," Hollander muttered.
They didn't stay. It just wasn't something they ever did. As soon as they were done, one of them was out the door and back to wherever they were supposed to be in the first place. But surely Hollander wasn't about to send him out into a literal blizzard with no way to get back to his hotel. Ilya put his phone on the nightstand and stood up, tentatively approaching where Hollander remained frozen staring out into the snowy abyss that had once been the city of Montreal.
"Is it okay that I stay here?"
"Well yeah, you're gonna have to, man, there's no way you're getting back tonight," Hollander replied like Ilya was being slow.

Summary
“I should get my contract renegotiated to include mandatory fang-in-neck action,” Eric said, probably inadvisably. The cast of this show was great because it was mostly theatre actors who lacked things like shame, dignity, and boundaries. Still, he probably shouldn’t make jokes like that to a much younger costar, even if that costar was the one who frequently brought up that their characters were fucking in the source material. Assad just laughed.
“If it’s all about the fangs, I have a set where I’m staying,” Assad said with an easy grin, “Come over sometime, and I’ll bite you.”

“Alright?” Sam asked in that quiet voice that was neither his true accent nor Lestat’s French timber, like a coin caught on its side, unsure where to fall.
Jacob only nodded, still blinking tears from his eyes. His coin had fallen quite resolutely on the side of Louis. He knew not to speak, for only an American accent would fall from his tongue and give him away.
Sam, of course, knew anyway. He slid his hands up Jacob’s back and neck to gently cup his face, slipping his thumbs across damp cheeks to catch the excess moisture still leaking from his eyes. Jacob could do nothing except grip his wrists, holding his steady warm palms to his skin, and tipping his head forward a few inches until his forehead came to rest against Sam’s.

Eddie doesn’t get stabbed in the sewers. He leaves Derry with Richie to go hide out in LA, avoiding Myra until the divorce papers hit the system. Living with Richie resurfaces so many childhood memories, forcing Eddie to realize that everything he’s believed about himself for the past 27 years has been a lie.
It’s domestic fluff with a slow burn that's about the y e a r n i n g and the self-discovery. Not exactly a songfic but heavily based on songs found in chapter notes.

Between the gruesome corpses and the quiet, unsettling doctor Cullen who shows up like a statue in pressed slacks, lying through his teeth, Charlie’s got more questions than answers—and no one seems too keen on giving him either.
Charlie’s trying not to notice how his breath catches when the doc gets too close. He’s also trying not to notice how the bodies keep piling up, unsolved. Neither effort is going particularly well.
And if one more person tells him it was a bear, he’s going to shoot something. Probably not a bear.

“Ilya, what are we gonna do?” Shane says.
Ilya finishes whatever he has been doing on his phone, and tosses it gently to the bed beside him. He crosses the room to Shane, stands in front of him, squeezes into his shoulders with his big hands, rubbing them like he means to warm them up.
“Looks like we will have a little vacation,” he says, with a big obnoxious grin.
Boston and Montreal are sent to Paris to play against each other in an exhibition series in January 2017. Ilya and Shane decide to stay in Paris for one more night. Just one more night, so they can talk. Maybe finally understand each other.
They aren't expecting a volcano to erupt in Iceland and close all the airspace in Europe, leaving them stranded there. Together.

“…bath?” He croaked, voice raspy with disuse.
“Mm. I ran you a bath. It will make you feel better before you go to sleep tonight. Will help with your sore muscles.”
Shane asks Ilya to fuck him gently during one of their regular hookups, badly bruised from their game. Ilya runs him a bath afterwards, and they fall secretly and desperately in love that way, through whispered confessions and late night conversations while Shane soaks, and Ilya quietly observes him.
