Summary
NYU exchange student Henry Fox has had enough with his deadbeat roommates and decides to move into a surprisingly cheap single bedroom apartment. His new (and only) neighbor Alex is, to Henry's detriment, devastatingly handsome. Henry had all but resigned himself to a boring, solitary life in his new abode, but after a one in a million mishap occurs, his life becomes rampantly less boring.
