Summary
"So, he lays here in bed, letting the light from his phone screen beam into his eyes for another few minutes until he eventually gives up. He barely knows the guy. He goes to a school across town, likely chance he'll never see his face again. Why bother with something so pointless and let it haunt him? Joe rests his phone by his bedside table, screen facing down to make sure he doesn't feel tempted to try texting again. His eye flick across the ceiling for what feels like an eternity before they feel heavy enough to close, and sleep finally welcomes him.
That night, he dreams of the boy named William.
That morning, his eyes shoot open as he feels the ghost of the other boy's lips on his own, a heat rising through his body to make his cheeks burn red.
His hands drift towards his phone before he can talk himself out of what he's about to do."
--
Joe lets himself pursue a potential relationship, despite his initial worries. He just doesn't yet realize how much this connection will change his life.

Summary
He doesn't go out of his way to meet new people. And new people don't go out of their way to introduce themselves first. Whether it's due to the fact that he's an Arab in the middle of a city with people who don't look like him, or the fact that he "seems intimidating" at first glance, or a mix of both… He keeps to himself. The other two boys, Yanis and Fahd, are exceptions. Although, they're not particularly close or anything. They happened to go the same school, share many of the same classes, and just ended up being around each other. Joe considers them friends. Barely. The other two seem closer to each other than Joe either way.
It's when his eyes are glancing down the street, considering whether or not he should ditch, when a soft voice cuts through his internal monologue.
"Hey," Joe turns to see another boy facing him with a cigarette between his fingers. "Got a light?"
--
Joe gets dragged along to a party by Yanis and Fahd. Tensions at home are at an all time high with his mother, so he takes the chance to spend less time at home, even if he doesn't particularly care for this party. While he's taking a break for some fresh air, he meets someone new.

Summary
An alt-universe series of fics where Joe and William never managed to get caught within the detention system. This allows them to meet and explore their relationship in more traditional ways, without constantly needing to keep every moment fleeting and hidden. Mostly fluff, which is what these boys so desperately need after the film.

Summary
Lovro wasn’t really a gentleman in the truest sense, though he tries his hardest, because Ivan was Ivan and he deserved nice things and sugar-sweet words and all the old-fashioned chivalry of a Prince Charming.
But Ivan? Ivan is a real gentleman.
-or, the five times ivan acts like the perfect, respectful gentleman to lovro, and the one time he doesn’t (and lovro really, really likes it).

Summary
Lovro had discovered a lot of things about himself since he’d met Ivan. That he’s gay - though that had been less of a discovery and more of a truth that became impossible to avoid the second he had laid eyes on Ivan. That he’s more resilient than he’d ever thought he could be, flourishing into himself even after seemingly endless weeks of misery. That his heart is capable of being so full of love that sometimes even he doesn’t know what to do with it all, to the point that it stifles him, leaving him overwhelmed and incapable of speech.
The last thing that he expected to learn about himself is that he's a clothes thief.

fluff with amazing character study attached to really pick at lovro’s brain. my overthinking, anxious, probably autistic son <3

Summary
The first time that Ivan notices him, he’s on the tram. The sun hangs low in the sky, at the perfect angle for rich, golden light to pour through the windows, and it’s enough to almost have him in a good mood.
Despite the light, his eyes are still drawn to the boy from the moment he steps onto the tram, even though he’s shrouded by shadow, backlit by the sun. Before even seeing his face, Ivan is drawn to the shape of him. To the way that he walks, a little unsure of himself. To the timbre of his voice as one of his friends says something that has him complaining.

go in for jealous ivan shenanigans, leave wanting to hold him and tell him it’ll all be okay and that lovro will love him forever and ever

Summary
His mind goes absolutely, stunningly blank— from panic, from arousal, from reality slamming into him with all the force of the asteroid that pulverised the dinosaurs. Suddenly, he’s talking very, very loudly. “You’re really going to jerk me off?”
Oh, so I actually just said that. Lovro truly, honestly, doesn’t think he’s ever wanted to launch himself out of a window and die more.
Ivan looks vaguely humoured. “Jerk you off. Yes. Absolutely. Any objections?”

Summary
Pale, thin scars mark Gary’s arm from his wrist to halfway up his bicep. Some are in straight, almost neat lines, one right after the other, while some of them crisscross each other with a jagged ferocity. Overall, there’s more raised masses of tissue than unmarked skin. There’s no need to ask what caused them, and there’s no way Collie ever would. It’s obvious.
“Well?” Gary snaps, apparently thinking Collie’s been silent for too long. “Can you fix this or not?”
Or: Gary Barkovitch walks into Collie Parker's tattoo shop looking for a scar coverup, and ends up becoming much more than just a client.
