Summary
Things have changed ever since Allura arrived.
At least, Keith noticed.
Lance was his everything, his universe. He was pretty sure he was that to Lance as well.
I mean he wasn't stupid, all of those glances, touches, jokes, smiles, he had to mean something right?
Well apparently not.
***
The distance between Keith and Lance was evident once Allura arrived. I mean, what a sight for sore eyes. She was beautiful there was no denying it, she was practically an angel. But Keith was sure there was something between him and Lance, there had to be...was there?
So the burning question remained, "what were they?"

Summary
There is a picture in one of the books of a worn young man, heavily scarred with gentle eyes. Remus Lupin, he is identified as. The man who was watching Charles, and presumably Harry. The man who died defending them. Harry traces his fingertips over the man’s face and wonders.
And then he stops, and reels all those thoughts into a tangled knot and tucks it away.
They didn’t want him; that’s fine. He doesn’t want them either.
xxx
Alternatively; Harry James Evans is Sorted Slytherin, desperate to stay hidden from the family that gave him up so many years ago. Severus Snape owes debts to a child presumed dead and the child's tormented godfather; and now he has a cunning, paranoid snake to charm all without tipping anyone else off to the boy's true identity.

Summary
“Keep telling yourself that,” Will says quietly, because even though the door is closed, speaking any louder would seem wrong. “You’re too harsh on yourself. If you wrote songs or something, you’d easily get on the Billboard Hot 100. Dad would help you. I would, too.”
“Promote it to your seven followers?”
“Yes!”
Nico laughs, and then Will is joining him, and they’re closer than before, but it’s nothing unusual. It’s been this way since before stupid feelings and stupid crushes, and Nico would be damned if he let it change just because of that.

Summary
“You’re applying,” Navia repeats. “To be my lover?”
Clorinde nods.
“I believe I am qualified to do so. If you have any questions that aren't answered in my application, I’ll be more than happy to answer them presently.”
Navia looks like she was struggling to keep herself from laughing. She covers her mouth with the palm of her hand and her ears flush. Clorinde wrings her hands anxiously.
“O-Okay,” Navia snorts. “Okay. Why do you want this job, specifically?”

Summary
Alhaitham is just trying to survive his final year of university while juggling his secret identity as Spider-Man without jeopardizing his academic standing or dying. Simple goals. Unfortunately, his biggest obstacle isn’t a supervillain—it’s his endearingly overdramatic roommate.
Who won’t stop asking Alhaitham why he keeps coming home bruised.
And won't stop yelling at Spider-Man to understand basic architectural integrity when slamming bad guys into buildings.
