Beomgyu just loves to talk. It’s his natural state to have his mouth open and sprouting whatever thought that comes to his mind into the world for everyone to enjoy. Usually Soobin is fine to listen to Beomgyu’s ramblings, as he’s a quiet person himself and he enjoys hearing Beomgyu’s soft voice. And maybe looking at the way his mouth moves. And how animated his eyes are even when he’s basically talking to himself. What was the point again?
Oh yeah.

For the record, Ajax was not at all opposed to being sent on missions as another Harbinger's backup. As long as he was given things to fight and the rest of the tasks were not excruciatingly boring to get through, Tartaglia would comply without issues.
The actual mission, the actual tasks, the actual experience of being the backup was not the issue here.
