Taeyong looks up from his phone having felt his sudden presence and locks eyes with Ten. He tilts his head to the side in question, the action causing Ten to smile in endearment before he lifts his hand to rest on Taeyong's shoulder
“You alright?”, Ten asks in a low comforting voice and starts rubbing soothingly at his shoulder. Taeyong nods silently and places his own hand over Ten’s, he offers the other a smile but it's strained and doesn't reach his eyes.

Summary
The truth is, it’s been a little difficult to be around Hongjoong these past few months. In a way, it’s Seonghwa’s own fault, for wanting things he can’t have and getting his hopes up over and over again, just to have them crushed like a dry, brittle leaf in the palm of his hand, looking as the dust flies away with the wind. He should’ve known, watching the play of light on the waters of Lake Como, that some things weren’t meant to be.

Summary
