And Robby landed hard on his carpet, narrowly missing the nightstand. Jack peeked into the room, coffee in hand and leg on, just about to go take a shower and go to bed. “You good?”
Robby frowned up at the ceiling. The dream was… so vivid. So realistic. Hazy. This was hazy. Dreamlike. It didn’t make sense. Where had the stone walls gone? The bear fur keeping the chill from the floor? Had he hit his head? It did hurt, but not like he had hit it. Was he hallucinating? He didn’t really… recognize where he was. But it was almost Déjà vu-like. Like a past dream, or something.
