Summary
Stan's had a phobia of hospitals for as long as he can remember, but only in recent years has he discovered it was because of all the times he had seen Kyle suffering in one.
Since then, Kyle has created a ritual to try and ease Stan's mind. They call it "breathing." Stan pretends to give Kyle CPR. He imagines it is him breathing life into Kyle to make up for all the times he felt powerless, seeing Kyle in a hospital gown.

Summary
Kyle and Craig were friends once they began high school. But actual friends. Of course, Stan was still his number one, but he was closer than Kenny was. How could they not? Despite their elementary to middle school unnecessary rivalry, they got along very well. That's what Kyle though t it all was, until his very best friend asked him if he was dating Craig. When he asked why, he realized people thought they were in a formal relationship. Kyle quickly said they weren't, but the thought lingered. And he began noticing Craig in such a way. Hence, at the touches he didn't use to care about, he'd blush and look to the side. Unable to play it cool, he began avoiding Craig.
