Summary
I recently rediscovered this in my old SPN stories, and it's actually the sequel to another multi-chapter fic. But I like it better than the first one, and I think it stands on its own. All you really need to know is that it's a sisfic (I know it's not everyone's cup o' tea, but it's mine when done right), the sister in question is 13 years younger than Dean and 9 years younger than Sam. She is hopefully a decent blend of age-appropriately irrational and likable. The bros love her like crazy and she idolizes them, because, well, who wouldn't?
Also, I'm still reeling from the finale and am losing myself once again in SPN fic, so this is kind of a coping mechanism, I guess. Let me know if you like it and I'll keep posting chapters. And/or the original Callie-verse fic if you are so inclined. Thanks!

As it turns out, hooking up for 8 years does not make you an expert at being in a relationship.
Shane and Ilya know each others hockey game, the right way to get each other off, their drink of choice, and roughly as much as you can learn about another person on a 2 week cottage trip.
During the 2017-18 season, they very quickly learn that they hadn’t cracked the surface of one another. In particular, Ilya learns that Canada’s Golden Boy has some cracks.

Shane Hollander has spent years lying to the league. Passing as a Dom was never supposed to be permanent—just long enough to make the roster, then long enough to keep it, then long enough that the lie became load-bearing.
Now, the MLH has noticed the cracks. Lo and behold, their solution is to pair him with Ilya Rozanov: rival, Dom, and the last person Shane would choose and the first one the league trusts to fix him.
The arrangement is supposed to be clinical. Temporary. Contained to the space between games.
It is none of those things.
