    He saw Wilbur.

    Covered in blood. Bleeding.

    And Wilbur was surrounded by the Angel of Death and the Blood God, bleeding. At first, Tommy thought they attacked him (he wouldn't put it past the villains), but could only freeze when face to face in a situation he didn't know what to do in. Then, he saw that Wilbur was not only clenching his side that was in pain as the blood stained his hands, but he was clutching something else.

    Siren's mask.

    Everything clicked.

    Tommy couldn't breathe as he stared at the events unfolding him. It was as if time stopped.

    Even after all this time, it still rang true. Because Tommy trusted, and he was played for a fool- he was being messed with, his emotions were being played with, like Tommy was some fucking toy .

    Why did Tommy expect anything different? (A tear dripped down his face when he wasn't paying attention; it hurt, it hurt too much. It was fake, it was fake- everything was fake. It's happening all over again. )

    And with the realization, he was only left with one ringing thought in his head: Villains can't be trusted.

    All children know not to go over or even near the village wall because of the monsters that lurk on the other side. Tommy is well aware of this fact as well, but you really can’t blame him for talking to them so often when the monsters are the ones coming to him.
