Enid turned and studied the occupants of the ballroom hoping to recognize someone she knew to try and figure out where or when she might be.
A bright peel of laughter echoed across the ballroom and Enid turned with a gasp. How had she missed that?

Until one night, when she encounters something in the library, that draws her mind away from anything academia related. Or should she say - someone? While Enid has absolutely no idea who she is, one thing is obvious - she must be a ghost. There is no other explanation for it.

Wednesday Addams and Enid Sinclair are finally reunited after having spent the majority of summer break apart. With another school year ahead of them, they quickly fall back into the comfortable rhythm of living in a shared room (and sleeping in the same bed). The Addams have a curse that strikes many in their line, but Wednesday had always avoided it, largely by avoiding people altogether. When a storm-drenched young woman shows up on her doorstep while her family is away on vacation, though, Wednesday's only thought is to have her sent away as soon as possible, but there's something strangely familiar about the girl. Something Wednesday can't put her finger, or any of Thing's, on. It hardly matters, though. She wants a simple favor, and then she'll be gone. Just a quick vision.
