Summary
“The Novak family is pleased to announce the engagement of their son Castiel Novak (Α) to Dean Smith (Ω).”
The man in the photo is years older than Sam remembers, a handsome young omega in his early twenties rather than a gangly, awkward teenager with acne and patchy facial hair, but it doesn't matter. Sam would know that face anywhere. Dean. Dean is alive. Alive and married, apparently.
***
Sam Winchester has spent over half his life trying to solve the mystery of his brother Dean's disappearance when they were children. The last thing he expects is to find Dean living a normal apple pie life in the suburbs of Chicago, complete with handsome alpha husband and literal white picket fence.Dean is happy to see his brother again, but terrified of what this could mean for his marriage. Will Cas stay once he knows the truth of Dean's past? Will he ever forgive Dean for lying to him?

Summary
Ten years after Cas' confession and death, Dean has worked through grief and lots of mental and physical health issues to settle in Sioux Falls after renovating Bobby's house into a home. On the exact anniversary of that night in the dungeon, Castiel crash-lands in the trees behind Dean's house, initially unconscious and low on grace. With the help and support of their friends and family, the two figure out how to readjust to a type of peace they'd assumed they would never get to have together, and the ghosts of Dean's now-redundant grief.
They fight to get out of their own way, insecurities and hang-ups finally resolved so they can let themselves be happy as grumpy old men together in the home that Dean built around Cas' memory. In between domestic squabbles, Cas' martyr complex, and the lack of distractions when there's no end of the world, the two most dramatic men in the multiverse finally learn how to sit down and talk.

Summary
Dean Winchester's life has been planned for him since before his birth. As the heir to his father's estate, his dreams are immaterial and, frankly, dangerous. He has long accepted that he will need to put his duties above all else.
While attending to one of those duties, Dean stumbles into a dream-like world and meets Castiel, a beautiful fae lord who has never once denied himself an indulgence. Cas samples desires like a dessert buffet, and Dean is terrified of how much he wants to taste.

Summary
Reaper Castiel has one simple job: to usher the souls of deceased humans through the Veil and into the afterlife. For countless eons, he has performed this job without thought or question. But that changes when he is called upon to reap the soul of Dean Winchester.
Because Dean Winchester is the one soul that Castiel cannot seem to reap.
An invisible thread links Dean and Castiel together, through tragedy and loss, through doubt and rebellion, through Heaven and Hell alike. And eventually, Dean and Castiel will gather the strength they need to defy not only the enemies surrounding them, but also Death itself.
