Summary
Percy is tired. He has fought in two wars and battled in numerous quests. He is done being a pawn for the gods to use. Now finished with high school, the next step for Percy is college. Where else better to get away from the gods than Gotham University, located in a city where the humans are so crazy that no monsters enter. It will be a paradise for Percy. A place for him to relax in his retirement while attending college.
It is a shame that Percy cannot seem to catch a break. As he navigates a new ‘normal’ life in Gotham, he soon learns about an unknown Uncle. One that has an affinity for bats. Looks like Percy’s family and world just got bigger.

Summary
Percy Jackson's world was turned upside down when a disrupted spell sends his mom into a medically unsolvable coma. He must go on a quest to rescue her soul and return it to her body before it's too late. Or, he would be going on that quest if some relative he'd never heard of hadn't managed to get legal guardianship over him through possibly dubious methods. In a demigod's life, nothing is ever an accident. Will he manage to uncover what nefarious secrets his new "family" are hiding while keeping his own safe? Or will he once again fail to save what matters most, this time for good.

Dick squinted. “Jason?” His voice came out cautious, like he didn’t quite trust it. “You’re… older.”
He sighed. “Alright, I guess.”
Jason tilted his head. “That’s it? You don’t care that I’m here?”
Dick shrugged, still watching the alley below. “Well, I’m kind of on the job, so it isn’t the best time to break down.”
Jason blinked.“Can we like… delay this?” Dick added, his voice dry. “Show up in my kitchen while I’m eating cheese out of my opened fridge?”
Or Dick thinks he's hallucinating a very real Jason and invites the "hallucination" home. Jason thinks his brother is being freakishly calm, but hey, he's being accepted as he is so he doesn't care.

“A multi-dimensional trip.”
“The only fun kind,” she agreed. Gwen turned to him, her smile large and coaxing. “It’ll be great. I’ll get you back here as soon as you want – but it could be fun! Meet Miles, maybe another Peter if we have time.”
Peter really wanted to go to another universe, let’s be clear. But he a) had homework, b) didn’t need his brain to melt out of his ears, and c) had a dinner to get to in three hours.
He totally ended up going to another universe.
