Summary
At age 12, Danny accidentally turns on the portal in his family’s basement with his friends, parents, and sister all by his side.
At age 14, his identity as Phantom is revealed to the public.
At age 15, Danny isn’t taking the reveal well. Jazz calls him a “recluse” or a “shut-in”.
Danny can’t handle it. The stares, the whispers, and the overwhelming sense of dread he feels when he steps out in public.
But, as he nears age 16, he doesn’t have a choice but to learn to re-intergrate into society when his family drags him to the Amity County Fair for an entire week. A place he had been many times since he was a little kid, because he and Jazz had been in the 4H Goat Club for years.
It’s here where he’s confronted with old friends he had cut out of his life, the fear of facing society again, and learning to be himself.
Oh, and his powers are acting up.
Featuring: Danny crying in almost every chapter, ghostly power malfunctions, adorable goats, the Fenton’s living on a small farm, all the goat knowledge the author can provide, and the author having way too much fun explaining how 4H and animal shows work.

Danny Fenton, also known as Danny Phantom, King of the Ghost Zone, protector of ghosts and humans alike, walked down the halls to his assigned teaching classroom for his first day of student teaching.
“Well, well, well!” an eerily familiar voice rang through the dead silence of the classroom. “If it isn’t Danny Fenton.”
All blood drained from Danny’s face in an instant. He knew that voice.
“Or should I say… Phantom.”
Oh… he was so screwed.
Danny starts student teaching for a class of sixth graders at his old elementary school, but he could never have imagined who his assigned teacher and class could have been. Identity shenanigans ensue.
