Summary
Yanqing doesn't know who and what he is to Jing Yuan, nor is Jing Yuan able to answer that question himself. On the morning of his one-hundred-and-sixtieth birthday, Yanqing finds himself falling deeper into Jing Yuan's orbit, his growing desire for his master on full display. Meanwhile Jing Yuan finds himself floundering upon Yanqing suddenly becoming ill with no healers willing to help him solve the crisis. Tensions rise until Jing Yuan crosses a line he can't uncross, and he's forced to make a choice about whether he'll follow his instincts or his morals.

Summary
“This is wrong,” Jayce rasped, his voice strained with torment, so unlike the Jayce that had left mere hours ago to dance and drink and make merry and maybe even make love to the beautiful Mel Medarda. “This is too far back, I shouldn’t be here—”
This Jayce was like a wild animal, bearded and shaggy, furious and heartbroken.
The huge weapon thudded to the floor once again, and Viktor finally dared to speak.
“Jayce, is that… you?”
Stewing in his loneliness, research assistant Viktor witnesses an Anomaly take place in the laboratory he shares with Jayce Talis, potentially altering life as they know it (or might never come to know).

Summary
“You accepted my proposal. We made a verbal contract.” Mydei unfolded his arms as his chest began to heave. “You drank my liquor and said you would have me!”
There was a distinct ringing in Phainon’s ears that seemed to be the sound of his brain rattling loose in his skull. What in Kephale’s name was that last bit? They had drunk together only the once, more than a year ago.
And actually, for that matter, what the hell was that first bit?
Phainon is somehow the last to learn that he's engaged to Mydei.
