Summary
It all starts with Lily bringing a hot cocoa to her favorite, half-asleep lycanthrope at the beginning of their obnoxiously early Arithmancy class. A hot cocoa that Remus notes smells oddly like leather, incense, and rain before taking a sip.
A tale in four parts in which Lily cannot believe her best friend is so clueless, Sirius loses all propensity for rational thought, James realizes he’s an idiot, and Remus wakes up confused as fuck.

Summary
He’s still learning all the new things about how he wants Eddie to touch him—the way he craves Eddie’s weight on top of him, Eddie’s arm over his shoulders, Eddie holding him still. Steve thinks of all the girls he’s done the same things to. How he’d lean over them and whisper in their ears, use his size to make them small against him, grin when they’d blush and giggle.
Steve wants Eddie to do those kinds of things to him. He wants it with a burning, confusing need.
So when, one night, when Steve’s already dizzy and touch-warm against Eddie’s mouth, when Eddie’s hand snakes down Steve’s side to cup the curve of Steve’s ass, when Eddie asks, a little winded, “Wanna try something else?”
Or, Steve has a crisis, but it's not the gay kind.

Summary
“Are you going to leave?” Steve’s back is to him, so Eddie can see the way he tenses up, muscles beneath his plain black shirt bunching up.
It’s not: are you leaving before I pick up Max?
He could be difficult, if he wanted. He could ask Steve to clarify, he could ask Steve if he’s ever planning to leave. He could stand up and just do it, putting them both out of their misery. One day they might be better off for it, even if the hurt is too much to stand right now. Even if it feels impossible.
“Not right now,” Eddie says, which sounds a lot like not without you.
“Okay,” Steve says, which sounds a lot like thank you.
98% of the population disappears. Hawkins becomes a ghost town.
Or: three years after, Steve, Eddie and Max try to carve out a life together.
