Summary
Tim Drake has been a conspiracy theorist since he was ten. It's the only way to make sense of things, right?
He hopes so. One can only pretend to be an idiot who actually believes that Gotham is controlled by a massive alien moth for so long before it becomes clear that he's actually hiding the fact that he knows too much. If everyone thinks he's convinced that The Joker is a dolphin that got turned into a human being then they won't notice when he slips up and calls Batman Bruce Wayne.
But being a conspiracy theorist was a lot easier back when he could blame the undead for things and wasn't chasing actual crazy conspiracies alongside two ghosts and his half-sister in England whenever anyone isn't looking.

Summary
Question time: What if Tim and the rest of his assassin friends *did* die when the Council of Spiders attacked? If Tim and his team were thrown into the Lazarus pit? What would become of Tim, and what would Tim become?
After two years in the League of Assassins, Tim leaves for... reasons, and ends up swinging back by Gotham to add just one more contingency plan. In doing so, he gets literally everyone's attention and now instead of enjoying his brief vacation, he's stuck dealing with Dick, Jason, whatever it is Ra's is trying to do, and everyone else slowly finding out that he isn't dead (and some people finding out that he died in the first place). Can't a guy get a break? (No he can't, sorry Tim!)

The smell got worse and seemingly at the epicenter was Tim curled up in the fetal potion on the gravel. What the Fuck. There was no way Tim was producing that smell.
Jason approached cautiously, making himself known so as to not spook Tim. Tim's eyes were shut and he was hugging himself, breathing through clenched teeth.
“Red Robin?” Jason prompted.

Sometimes he wonders if They were told the warnings of being alive from Their parents.
If you don’t watch, your child will be taken by a fairy.
If you don’t pay attention, a changeling will switch with your child.
If you don’t love your child, a beldam will steal them away with attention and obsession.
He wonders if They cared at all.
As Tim sits criss cross on the JL meeting table while everyone converses heatedly and worriedly about the mysterious magical creature they’ve noticed in the forest near where children have gone missing, he can't help but absently mourn the children in the photos as he thinks of memories from long ago.
Warnings are often only given too late after all.

Every piece of the signal Tim unlocked revealed more locks, and by the time he broke through the last one, he was already mentally rehearsing his many upcoming talk show appearances. 'Yes,' he told the interviewer, 'it was difficult for me, a ten-year-old genius, to break open the worldwide alien conspiracy. That's why it took a whole hour.'
When the crackling audio started, he expected some weird alien language. Maybe squawks and high-pitched squeals mixed with musical woofs. Maybe they wouldn't talk at all, and images would beam directly into his mind. Maybe they'd talk in practiced English with a Midwestern drawl like their other resident alien.
Instead he heard a low, guttural voice growling out of his computer speakers. "Robin," it said. "Are you in position?"
