“Did being in here together remind you of when we were in the car?” he asks quietly, head cocked to the side. Before Bucky can swallow the saliva pooling in his mouth to at least try and give Sam an answer, Sam continues, absentmindedly. “Actually, you don’t have to answer me, I already know the answer to that.”
"Is that what you want? You want my hands all over you again?"
It goes straight to his dick.

“Oh, look at that. Is that for me, Barnes?” Sam mocked Bucky's boner, a little meanly.
And gosh, he really didn’t know where the brazenness came from. He obviously expects Bucky to try and deck him in the face; he’d deserve it honestly. He expects a glare or a hiss, just not…the red in Bucky's face darkening and the stifled moan that falls from his lips as he looks at Sam.
Two things immediately go through Sam’s mind.
One of which he voices out loud after the silence that follows Bucky’s moan.
“...You like this?” Sam whispers incredulously. And he knows it might get him in so much trouble but he adds quietly, “You like me being mean to you and your cock?”

Summary
Bucky had never been a selfish guy. Loyal to his cause, his business, his friend. He’d simpered and pranced around earlier this week, shaking hands with the right people, making the wrong people respect their authority by buying into the right markets, corrupting the right officials, and his business here was wrapped up by noon every day, and so in theory, his work here should be done.
And yet.
A set of steady eyes settles on him from the middle of the room.
The stage. Usually, he’d pick this time to scan the establishment, plan out several escape plans to mitigate the risks of potentially being caught by the authorities, make sure there's no correlation between this presence and any other mob movement he was involved with earlier this week.
But Bucky's not worried. He knows this pair of honey brown eyes.
This was why he lingered.
He won’t admit it, but Bucky’s developed a bit of a bad habit.
OR:
in which Mob Boss Bucky Barnes develops a bad habit in the form of stripper Sam Wilson and finally pays for it after months of trying to resist the urge to give in to the pretty boy in fishnet stockings.
