Summary

Good, good, good. Yes, yes, yes. Xie Lian shoots him a (still somewhat fever-bright, though he is hoping against all hope that that works in his favor here) smile, and then sets about getting things where and how he wants them: lies himself flat on his back and tugs Hua Cheng fully atop himself, heavy and cool and close. Wriggles the other man’s arms down around his waist, presses his head towards his chest, bullies the two of them into place with his brow furrowed and the echo of memory threading through his movements- a childhood spent giggling and goading his mother into holding him tight and close, safe and warm and so very, very loved- as he rearranges their limbs to his liking.

Summary
