Well, not quite. He had reconsidered it the first time, and the second time, and the third time and the many, many times after that. But it just paid so well, too well for him to ever consider seriously stopping. So he’d simply grit his teeth and got it along with and soon it just became another kind of normal, just another job in a string of taxing and thankless jobs that he could disassociate mid-way through the second he got on his back. There was no use regretting it and feeling sorry for himself, he’d thought, not when it allowed him to keep paying rent, to buy groceries, to keep Yoohyun safe and happy and well-fed.

3 Years ago, nearly four, Han Yoojin disappeared, only to reappear somewhere in the states a few months later, now blind and living with a strange group of individuals while not having contacted his younger brother Han Yoohyun since his disappearance.
Han Yoohyun has been consumed by worry for his older brother, and now suddenly he shows up back in Korea, without the ability to see and refusing to talk about what he has been doing for the past 4 years.
Han Yoojin himself, now going by Eyeless Jack, has been sent on a mission to the states by his boss, the Slenderman, while there he decides to check up on his younger brother, completely forgetting that he hasn’t told anyone that he lost his eyes.
(Han Yoojin/Eyeless Jack, and probably other creepypasta that show up, are going to be using some kind of cloaking device to hide their scary and bloody appearances, allowing them to move around in public a lot easier).

Han Yoohyun, one of the strongest S-class Hunters in the world, has to sit there and listen to some Unawakened anchor relay to him that the latest dungeon that Han Yoojin was massively misclassed.
“There was a beast that shouldn’t have been there,” the winded guildmaster says. “Lauchitas. An—an L-class beast. It was going to kill us all.”
“Why didn’t it?” Yoohyun grits out to Seok Simyeong, trying to ignore the fact that the channel has questioned just about every party member that is not his brother.
“Han Yoojin is missing and possibly dead,” Seok Simyeong says, voice disinterested as if Yoohyun asked about the weather.
Or, Han Yoojin disappears and the world shifts a little to the left.
