Daisy pulls her knees in tighter, hoping to disappear into nothing. The shadows of the junkyard around her make everything look like it’s coming closer. They’re looking for her, looking to take more from her again. They already took Lavender, what else could they even take from her. Her breathing gets heavier. She tries to steady herself, to stay quiet and calm and maybe they’ll leave. Maybe they’ll give up.
One of the lights settles firmly on the back of her head, casting her shadow in front of her. Fuckfuckfuckfuckfuck. Daisy starts to scramble away, hoping she can outrun them. But just as quickly the light settled behind her, a figure settles in front of her, blocking the opposite door, her only route of escape. Tears start streaming down her face. “Please don’t hurt me.”
The creature reaches out with what must be a tentacle, but it’s hard to tell in this light. It’s trying to touch her. She scrambles back away again, not that it’ll help much. “Oh, sweet thing, we won’t hurt you. We’re here to help you”
Something emerges from the tentacle- vine? Definitely a vine.- as it moves toward her. A thorn of sorts, and it looks sharp. The needle slides into her leg, gentle but sure of its placement.- Language:

They pluck these virgins from the Pride Ring with no warning every few years or so, and auction their lives away to the highest bidder amongst the Heavenborn. The virgins are bred through immaculate conception, much like the original Virgin Mary. Over and over, they will birth angels until they are Erased, trapped in a poisoned paradise cut off from the rest of Heaven's mortal souls.
Enter Alastor, a century-long virgin, whose existence is highly prized amongst the upper echelons of angelic society.
