He knows why. He feels why. If Katsuki had been okay, he would’ve called him.
He lays numbly on Bakugo’s bed, taking in the scent of him before it’s gone completely. He wears his shirts, his hoodies, and finds out exactly how many Bakugo has stolen from him over the years.
He’s freezing, possibly for the first time in his life. Even with his arms wrapped around himself.
It’s not the same, he’s so cold without him.

The nerves on his body stood, goosebumps and adrenaline making his body alert.
There was a dragon nearby, in his forest that was a second home, in the forest that was close to his home.
He stood at the ready, grabbing the only weapon he had, shattered and half broken.
But, it would be better than nothing.

Needless to say, the first time Katsuki plopped his head on his lap when they were hanging out together, he almost hardened his legs in surprise. Luckily, he was too entranced by the way his eyes were drooping, the yawn that was so loud and so him it was almost funny.
It was like he was Katsuki’s favorite pillow.

It was his first date with Eijiro and of course, out of all things, it would be raining.
His phone rang and he walked back to his bed to get it. He smiled as he realized it was Eijiro.
“Katsu! It's raining!” He said.
“I can see that, Eij.” He chuckled.
“I guess that means we can’t have our date.” Eijiro sighed, the sound so unfairly sad.
He scoffed, “You’re gonna let a little rain ruin our day? That’s not very manly.”
“Agh, right in the heart, Blasty.”
Katsuki could hear him laughing, his muffled chuckles the prettiest sound on earth.
