“You can sing,” Wilbur huffs, stretching a leg out and nudging Techno with a socked toe. Techno gives a scathing glare and pointedly turns away, taking the bass with him. Phil, fiddling with the wires for the amp, laughs, endlessly amused, and all of a sudden, Tommy feels like bursting into tears right there on the couch garage.
or, SBI are teenagers in a band called Pigstep, but Tommy knows what they do not. That there is a timestamp on how long the dream lasts.

“Mr. Craft, it’s wonderful to see you again,” Sam said, offering his hand to the man, Mr. Craft Tommy learned, to shake.
“You know this old fuck?” Tommy sneered, crossing his arms as he glared at Sam again. “Fuck this, take me to the next one.”
Tommy turned on his heel, walking down the steps he came up just moments ago to wait by Sam’s car. He wasn’t going to deal with this family. He wasn’t going to grow attached to this picture-perfect family, because this would be his last home. He couldn't tear apart their perfect family to make them deal with a funeral for some foster kid that got pushed onto them.

Summary
Limping through the hallway Tommy tried his best to be quiet. He banged against the wall when he lost his balance, but other than that he managed to make his way to his bedroom. He was so close to collapsing, but he wanted to do it on his own bed.
His bedroom door opened easily, and Tommy nearly fell as it swung open. He fumbled for the light as he pushed the door shut, eyes blinking rapidly as they adjusted to the light. Biting down another whimper of pain Tommy turned to collapse on his bed.
Instead, he found Techno staring at him, expression unreadable.
He froze.
Tommy is a vigilante. It's a secret that he's only dared to tell his best friends, a secret that they will take to their graves. It's not that he doesn't want his older brother, Techno, to know. It's just that Techno doesn't need to know. It's better for the both of them if Tommy's nightly escapes remained secret.
So what happens when one night—after a near death experience on patrol—Tommy comes home to find Techno waiting for him?

He creates a Google Form – and posts it to the entire DreamSMP server, informing everyone that they ‘must do it or I will clart you.’ Tommy can’t get it out of his head – every stream he’s constantly checking chat, half-hoping he’ll see a “we have the same soulmark!” He craves the love of one.
Question one. How much pasta is too much pasta?
…Listen. Tommy just had to know.
The answer is, according to Ranboo, “uh probably until you die of poisoning? same way you can when eating too many apples? TOMMY PLEASE DON’T TEST THIS.”
Question two. Do you believe in soulmates?
Or: Wilbur and Techno are soulmates. Ranboo and Tubbo are soulmates. Phil and Kristin… are so helplessly, so completely in love that they must be soulmates. There’s no way they aren’t. But who does that leave for Tommy?

Karl Jacobs was leaning on his friend, red cup in hand, laughing happily. Sapnap didn’t know him then, didn’t know his name or anything about him, except his laugh and smile and purple sweater. He sat up, struggling to balance. Dream’s laughter cut through, interrupting Karl in Sapnap’s mind, and he clumsily hit Dream on the mouth to shut up.
“What is it?” Dream asked, grabbing Sapnap’s shoulder to keep him up.
“Pretty,” Sapnap said.

Sapnap has never been very good at love, never had the best luck. But then he follows his friend to college, drinks himself into oblivion, and falls in love with Karl Jacobs with the pretty sweaters and prettier eyes, and just won't leave Sapnap alone. -

“Have you considered the possibility that Neil has chosen you, but believes you have not chosen him?” Renee says. "Have you ever explicitly told him what you want?”
“Neil knows what I want,” Andrew snaps. This is not Andrew’s fault.
“How do you know?”
Because Neil always knows. He is as fluent in Andrew’s micro-expressions as he is in German and French. He knows which head tilts mean “go on” and which ones mean “shut up.” Without ever asking, he learned what it meant to see Andrew wearing double layers of long sleeves, or taking multiple showers in a day, and learned to hand Andrew the car keys.
That has always been the most terrifying thing about Neil — his patience to wait, watch, listen, learn. The prospect that if Neil were given enough time, there would be no part of Andrew that was just Andrew’s anymore.
“He has to know,” Andrew says.
“Does he?” Renee says. “Have you ever known Neil to assume that he is wanted?”
Five times Neil tells someone that he and Andrew aren’t dating, and one time Andrew uses his words to set the record straight.

Tommy falters a little. Fake. Fake brother. Good actor. He swallows. “Uh- yeah. Yeah.”
or, SBI are actors on a sitcom, and of course, they play a happy family- unfortunately for Tommy, the lines between fact and fiction are easily blurred and hard to define.

Summary
Usually, only a brave few would make the treacherous journey to find the witch, and only if there were no other alternatives. More often than not, these attempts failed, and the adventurers would never return. Sometimes if the families of these poor souls were lucky—or unlucky, depending on how you looked at it—maybe they found an arm, or a leg stuck in the bushes near the edge of the treeline. That was the closest they’d ever get to finding a body.
Most of the time though, the dead were lost in the whispers of the wind between the leaves. Left to roam the dark forest as ghosts, trapped with the very same beasts that stole their lives.
Tommy was eight years old when the village voted for him to go into the woods and attempt the journey to the witch’s house.
or, Tommy is Little Red Riding Hood trying to get to the witch's house without being eaten by monsters along the way.
