Summary
For some unknown reason, Bruce was transported to the world where his counterpart is a retired vigilante called 'the Batman'. The 'Gotham Knights' (as Bruce knew of them) try to make sense of this version of their father and the all fatherly actions they are allergic to.
How would the Knights solve this inter-dimensional problem if their brain short circuits every time Bruce gives them free and open affection? And could this 'problem' actually be a solution in disguise?
And how will the Knights in their world cope up with a Bruce, who not only know who they are, but fights better than four of them combined?

Peter Parker had been Spider-Man for five months and things were looking up. The beautiful and intelligent Gwen Stacy was showing interest in him. He found budding friendships with the Avengers. His reputation was growing in New York City. Spider-Man seemed to be at the top of his game and Peter Parker was finally regaining his footing after the death of his Uncle Ben.
But as Gwen lamented his lack of attentiveness, the Avengers sniffed around Spider-Man's secret identity, and a mysterious man with a strange power and a terrifying plot emerged, Peter realized that he still had a lot to learn about leading this life he'd chosen.
