Like clockwork, the boy’s mouth falls open. “How did you know?”

Simply request an appointment on our website, and I’d be happy to exorcise those terrible awful spirits in a jiffy!”
The boy’s eyes are practically glowing. “I’d like an appointment, please. Now, if possible!”
Reigen flashes him a grin and a thumbs up. “Done! What’s your name?”
“Kamado Tanjiro!” Kamado bows. “Please take care of me!”
“I’m Reigen Arataka,” he says. “Kamado-kun, you have no need to worry— you’re in excellent hands.”

It’s like Reigen’s been waiting for the question. He stops dead on the pavement, grips Mob by the shoulders, and stares down into his eyes with an expression as haunted as though every ghost the pair of them has ever exorcised has taken up residence behind it. “Mob,” he says. “Mob,” he says again. “Tell me, Mob. Look at me and tell me. Tell me truthfully. Do I look cursed to you?”
Mob looks at him, and tells him truthfully. “No.”
“Well, you didn’t look very long,” says Reigen. “Let’s just stand here for a moment, like so, and you can have another look, a nice long look, and really think about it...”
(There's nothing strange about being called back to exorcise the same haunted photocopier six days in a row. It must just be a very haunted photocopier.)

Summary
The Divine Tree rules over Seasoning City. Buildings are crumbling. The trains out of town have stopped running. It’s getting harder to find food that isn’t made from the Tree. No one cares. Everyone gathers around the broccoli at sunset to pray. Everyone acts so happy.
Except Takane Tsubomi, who, it turns out, gets bored of cult doctrine the same way she gets bored of watching dogs float. Tsubomi doesn’t know what you’re supposed to do when your city’s been taken over by a giant vegetable with the power to make everyone adore it, but surely there must be someone out there who does, which is why she finds herself skipping tennis club and picking her way through the root-covered streets to the only spiritual consulting office she can find that’s still taking appointments.
