Summary
Mandalore is liberated, and Luke and Din are building a life on Sundari, raising Grogu, restarting the Jedi Order - all seemed perfect.
Until the day Luke collapsed in the throne room, overwhelmed by a fierce and powerful sensation in the Force. After a year-long search for the presence that caused this, hope deminishes, tensions rise, and his sense of duty dangerously crosses love - for Din, for Grogu, his students. Still, the Jedi can't abandon the call, it is eating away at him every day he fails to find the origin.
However, he fears the day that he does might change everything. And it unravels a series of conflicts and confrontations outside Mandalore, forcing them to protect their home from those who seek to destroy it.

Luke would never forget the cold halls of the imperial ships. The way despair seemed to leak from every crevice. The cold echo of storm trooper’s boots and the fear they brought with them. It would all haunt him for the rest of his life. Even now just at the mention of returning to one of those ships filled Luke with fear so strong he felt his hands start to tremble and he thought his knees might give out. He folded his hands behind his back to hide the shake and took a deep breath to try and will away the bundle of anxiety in his stomach.
Luke does not return from a mission and is now in the hands of what remains of the empire. He's all but given up on getting out when a mandalorian comes to his rescue.

This time Din's mind was flooded with a new kind of concerns. He frowned thinking about the possibility of Anakin Skywalker entering the room and removing his helmet to grab his hair hard, really hard, yanking his head back to expose his neck. He squeezed his eyes shut grimacing at the thought of the man abusing his skin with those full lips.Worse yet, he was now imagining that saucy blonde boy, sneaking into the room and climbing him like a tree, sitting on his stomach and rutting down against him until he reached his release.
