A Sorta Canon-Divergent, Modern Au Fic that covers the events of DAI and DATV, and of what happens when you try to do the right thing, no matter what it takes.
Taking place after the events of Trespasser, just before the beginning of Veilguard and covering the events of Veilguard, the Inquisition Enforcement begins their work to take down the Evanuris as they race to stop the Veil from being torn. Recognizing the team's need for additional expertise, they recruit the successful yet newly washed-up lawyer, Louisa Lavellan, to direct them in their International Relations and policies. And possibly legal help when needed.
Louisa is fierce, works hard, has her heart on her sleeve and wants to do good in the world. She catches the eyes of Cullen Rutherford, former Templar Military Captain who is working through his own life challenges. How will they navigate these feelings with world conflicts and personal conflicts that get in the way? Will Thedas ever experience peace?

Summary
What happens when two hearts on their individual healing journeys meet?
Tiefling Ranger Zailia Hightower is in a good place as a freelance Private Investigator and coming off the high of helping take down the Absolute Cult alongside her best friends and their team. Otherwise, she lives a quiet life in Baldur’s Gate – so long she has a steady flow of clients, time with her friends, an occasional fling, and hobbies to keep her out of trouble.
Until one of the cult take-down team members, Astarion, takes an interest in becoming a PI himself. But that’s the only thing he’s interested in… Right?
The Tiefling and the Elf-Vampire Spawn have complicated and dark pasts; both on the paths of healing, but still working through a lot. Little do they both know how much they need each other – and especially want each other. However, sometimes relationships can open old wounds.
They will figure it out, and learn that they are enough for each other, just as they are.

Summary
This fic follows the lives of twin Elves Maeve and Saoirse Waesbalar. They are both known for their talent in sorcery – Maeve’s being in Storm Sorcery and Saoirse’s being in Wild Magic. Before the adventure of a lifetime begins, they are both teachers in Baldur’s Gate specialising in their respective sorcery practices.
After solving the mystery of the Absolute Cult – government control, cults, and big brains (oh my) Saoirse is whisked off to live in Waterdeep with her love Gale Dekarios to begin a new chapter as the newest Professor of Wild Magic. Domestic bliss and new-found responsibilities ensue!
Maeve is in Baldur’s Gate figuring out how to start a said “new chapter”, navigating life after the Absolute Cult takedown, and that she doesn’t need to be perfect in order to be loved.Join the twins as they learn and grow after experiencing a completely life-altering journey!
This is a modern au but with all the creatures/races/some of the lore we know and love.
Also, the POV will alternate between Saoirse and Maeve!

In this universe, Maeve and Rolan actually meet while they’re both getting their Master’s degrees.
This timeline/universe is outside of canon, and my modern au longfic with some BG3 characters and some of my characters from my little universe!
