    "Oh, I see you finally noticed. About time." He chuckles. "I got this tattoo for you, Batsy." Joker's voice sounding gentle and soft, sounding as if he's being sentimental. Of course that quickly changes to a low angry growl. "I got it, so every time you look at me, you're reminded of what you are…… Damaged."
