Summary
Then Link heard the sound of something moist.
He wasn't sure what it was. It sounded similar to the sound of rubbing salt or some other marinade on raw meat. He could not really imagine why anyone would be rubbing meat in a bedroom that, to his prior observations, did not have a kitchen.
After some time, there was the sound of some kind of squirting sauce, then silence accompanied by some heavy breathing. To be fair, that was an awfully longer time than anyone should be spending preparing meat, so they must have been tired. He guessed that the person must have added some kind of sauce to the marinade, but he wondered why they hadn't added it earlier instead of just now.

Only having barely survived the supposed fall of Calamity Ganon, Link refuses to accept the world is moving on from the hundred year war. His surrounding folks are worried, seeing him as both the Hero of Hyrule and a deeply wounded warrior.
This fic will include various themes of PSTD for link, and idk I am but a girl in the world who loves a good slow burn. I don't want to spoil the rest of what I have outlined for the next chapters, but trust in the "Sex in Later Chapters" tag.

Link hadn’t expected this cycle to be different—but it is.
