Jing Yuan can’t help but yearn for something he cannot have anymore, yet he can’t stop himself from collecting each and every story and rumour he hears regarding the Astral Express’ protector.
He will fall, inevitably. At least Ren is there to catch him when he does.
The fall won’t kill him. (He thinks it might, actually. But it’s better to keep some things to yourself. Ren doesn’t agree.)
