Summary
When the TARDIS took off without warning for the second time in so many years, the Doctor was equal parts excited and terrified to find out what she had in store for him. He wasn't prepared for the distress call, though maybe he should've expected it. What he didn't expect was for the TARDIS to stop working entirely as he tried to rescue the people aboard the crashing spacecraft.
It didn't help that the ship in question was called the SS Bad Wolf, and all that it carried was much more important than the Doctor could have ever imagined.

Begins with the Season 1 finale and follows the show until the Bellarke reunion in 2x05, and then I take dramatic liberties after that, which have rewarding and realistic-to-canon friendship and romantic payoff. She’s ready for it to be a bad day. At some point in the very near future, she’s going to dump her boyfriend for another man, and – despite all the questionably-helpful practice runs with Aaron – there’s no way either of them makes it through that without it hurting, especially since Chris has no idea it’s coming.
So today was always gonna suck, even before the addition of a missing baby at Hep-C Central. Lucy’s ready for today to suck.
She’s less ready for the bullets.

When Willow catches Buffy and Spike's kiss at the end of "Once More with Feeling" She decides he must be the reason Buffy isn't healing, and takes it upon herself to fix it... Tara needs some fixing too, while she's at it.
_Buffy felt herself brought to a halt by firm hands on her arms. She brought her stake up instantly, but the blonde man remained still, holding her with a firm grasp, but one that clearly wasn't meant to trap her.
“Buffy, Who am I?” His hand moved to her chin, forcing her to meet his gaze. She tried to swat him off, but he held his grip firm, not enough to hurt, just to keep her where he needed her. “Buffy, love, please? Who am I? What’s my name?”
“I don't know!” She shrugged him off harshly and shoved him away, holding her stake up ready. He looked afraid. That made her afraid. How did he know her? He knew her lovers, her enemies. Why was she missing so many pieces? She fought the tears pricking up in her eyes, blinking them away and gripping her stake tighter, more for something to hold on to. She barely managed to croak, “Did I come back broken?”
