    Summary

Peter Parker just started to live his life again. Getting close to people wasn’t as natural as it used to be. But it was progress, that had to count for something. Healing from his past was nearly as hard as the traumas themselves, but he knew it needed to be done. The only way to be successful in saving others was by saving himself first.

Dick Grayson was Robin. But he wasn’t Batman. He wasn’t sure who he was exactly. Following directions had been ingrained into him ever since his days in the circus, it was only reinforced under Batman's training. Left alone to his own devices in an unfamiliar world, Dick is faced with becoming a hero in his own right, under the mentorship of someone so similar to himself. He no longer had the shadows of the heroes that came before to drown or guide him.

OR: sixteen year old Dick Grayson in the MCU gets mentored by a 23 year old Peter Parker. Neither of them know that Dick is an alternate version of Richard Parker. Hilarity ensues.

Another alien invasion of New York, turning into an alien invasion of Gotham in New Jersey. Spider-Man of course gets stuck in the middle of it all.

Or just another Peter in Gotham with Dick as his bio dad fic

Warning: after No way home, the only reason for the de-aged tag is because he will be 16 instead of 18 as I think he should be after the No way home movie, inspired by literally every Peter Parker in Gotham fic ever

The facts were these: One, a new pair of kids had recently moved in to the apartment across Jason's own. Two, both of them looked suspiciously like two people he was already quite familiar with— his big brother, and his big brother's ex girlfriend.

Now, any other normal person would call this a coincidence.

In their line of work, they'd call it a complication.

Or: In a last ditch effort to save their universe from destruction, again, Peter and Jean get dropped into a different dimension. This time, Peter would like to let the record state that disappearing was NOT his idea.

    Summary

After Brand New Day, Peter Parker finally gets a chance at the life he thought he'd lost forever. For once, things seemed to be going well. He gets to be Spider-man without constantly carrying the weight of his past.

Until a fracture in reality forces Doctor Strange to send him to another universe. Now Peter has to start all over again. While trying to fit in a world he never existed, he continues operating as Spider-man, eventually crossing paths with Gotham's Red Hood.

Their masked identities clash constantly, but outside the masks, Peter begins forming an unexpected connection with Jason Todd. All while Spider-man is being hunted by the family of bats, of course.
