Mickey hadn't spoken a single word to Ian since Terry caught them a week prior, and he really didn't plan to anytime soon. That stupid redhead had almost gotten him killed more times than he could count on one hand, and he was done. However, when Lip calls him to tell him that Ian is in the middle of a full-blown panic attack after seeing Monica commit suicide right in front of him, and needs his help to calm him down, his resolve melts away pretty quickly. The Gallaghers realize that Mickey is gay--for their brother, to be specific--and Mickey realizes where his priorities should really lie.

Summary
“Marriage.”
Stuart stared warily at Neil, sensing the danger in his voice
“You wish for me,” Neil snarled softly, “to seek marriage.”
It was not a question– rather a damning finger of accusation pointed at his uncle.
“Yes,” Stuart said slowly.
“Why.” Neil demanded sharply, sprawled in an armchair with deceptive casualty, his hands gripping the armrests as one might imagine a defensive cat would.

OR: Neil is on the run from his father's men, and has been for his entire life. Except now, the Stuart crime family has allied with him, after saving him from his father and killing him in the aftermath, and Neil is much more powerful and dangerous than he has been before. The Moriyama family, however, still wants him, and Neil must go to drastic measures in order to gain his freedom.
OR: I put Neil in that one AU where Character A has to be married soon, but will only marry someone who can befriend their "cat". Character B befriends the "cat" and Character A, and the two are married. After some angst, of course.
