Yushi clears his throat, willing the images of Sion and Riku to disappear from his mind's eye. "Just- handsome, I guess? Pretty?"
"Handsome or pretty? Most people aren't both." Daeyoung asks.
"Well, both, I guess," Yushi says, "either."
OR
Yushi takes his best friend up on his offer to spend the summer at his parents' house in Mokpo, but he fails to factor in Daeyoung's hot brother and his equally gorgeous boyfriend.

When Yushi was young he asked his mother this ; if his brain were to be transplanted into someone else, which one would still be him? The body — the body he’s always had — or his mind, in someone else's?
They were sitting on the curb by a pitstop, loooking out over a neverending and winding road, as his father filled up the tank of the car with gas. His mother had ruffled his hair and told him that that was a silly question, but he was very smart for his age. She didn’t give him an answer.

It's never been in Yushi's character to want to be the center of attention. Yushi has always been the type to cower from attention, doing anything to avoid having eyes on him, and yet, the random guy who decided to start watching him at practices makes him want to go against his own inhibitions.

Summary
Yushi takes a deep breath. This weird thing’s been happening to him lately. His chest tightens, he can’t breathe. It’s always when Riku’s talking about dating. A guy. Riku is gay. He told Yushi. Yushi told him good for him, because Yushi doesn’t know what he is. All this dating app talk is just making him delay trying to find out.
If Yushi keeps getting this bitter fish bile taste in his mouth whenever Riku talks about sleeping with a man though, does that mean he’s homophobic now?
