Summary
The Jedi were never meant to fight in war. They still aren’t meant to. But that’s what they’re doing, and that results in almost every single Jedi reaching for the Dark Side unintentionally at one point or another, results in every Jedi Falling, losing the parts of themselves that are kind and good.
Except for the vod’e noticed when they started to Fall, and decided that they weren’t going to let it happen—and it turns out, you can’t really Fall if you have people to Catch you. Force-null or not, the vod’e figure out how to pull their Jetiise back into the Light, and do so as many times as is needed.
General Kenobi is one of the last to start Falling for their first time.

Summary
A few quick fucks and complicated situationships were all he allowed himself before he joined the armed forces, especially after the scars that covered his face and body. Away from his debtors, his bad habits, and any other distractions. Working was easy, working was familiar, working he could do. It was only a matter of time before he earned himself a callsign and before KorTac pulled him onto their force.
Things were, for once, easy. Things were simple. Things were predictable.
And then Horangi ran into König, Kilgore himself. Horangi had heard of him, who hadn’t? Honestly, even if he hadn’t heard of him he definitely would have seen him. Hard to go unnoticed when you’re almost two meters tall. And once again he was so predictably Horangi’s type, tall, a little older, cocky, and a little rough around the edges.
