Summary
Three years ago, Yoongi and Namjoon spent one night together. It ended in betrayal, and they’ve hated each other ever since.
Now, a matching service has declared they have a ninety-nine percent compatibility match. Yoongi has just been passed over for control of his family’s company because he’s an omega. Namjoon has six months to bond or lose his own company to an uncle waiting for him to fail.
Neither of them wants this. Both of them need it.
So they strike a deal: a permanent bond, a real child, and a convincing performance of a relationship neither of them believes in. Namjoon keeps his company. Yoongi gets a family his father can never touch.
Neither of them accounts for the performance beginning to feel real.

Min Yoongi rarely thought about his soulmate.
He knew they were out there somewhere, he just never really thought about them or when he’d find them. He knew how he’d find them one day: a single touch and their lives were bonded. Basically, soulmates need each other’s touch for energy; if they are separated too long, they die. It was a well-known concept, taught in schools and specialized in by doctors.
He rarely thought about his soulmate because, well, he didn’t have time. BTS was flourishing and he was working. He was busy. Besides, he didn’t see how a soulmate could fit into his life, seeing how hard it was for the members who’d found theirs.
He was content without them. His soulmate would appear at the right time—maybe when his body finally gives out from exhaustion. He could settle down then.
